We provide a range of training programs to increase the level of understanding of mental illnesses in the community.

We provide programs for parents, teachers and others who work with children to assist them to understand how they can foster the knowledge and skills for good mental health throughout life.

We undertake programs to reduce the stigma associated with mental illnesses and to encourage individuals to seek help if they experience social or emotional distress.

We undertake suicide prevention programs across Australia.

We provide programs for organisations to assist them to promote mental health and to reduce the impact that mental illnesses have on their workforce.
