Resources

The Hunter Institute of Mental Health has developed expertise in developing educational resources aimed at increasing the capacity of various sectors to play a positive role in promoting mental health, preventing mental illness and providing greater support to those who experience mental illness.

The resources we develop are grounded in knowledge generated by sound research and well-founded and accepted theoretical models. We are able to translate this knowledge in ways that are acceptable and relevant to various sectors of the community.

In this section of the website, we provide links to the resources that have been developed for nurses, teachers, child care staff and other target groups. In each section, there are links to websites where more information about the resources can be obtained.
